CEOCAP

We are proud to present to you India’s one and only CEO Coach Accreditation Program

Introduction

CFI was founded to help create a world-class cadre of CEO  coaches who can help clients in their quest for higher levels of effectiveness and achieve their true potential.

CFI achieves this vision by offering the services of accredited CEO coaches who can coach CEOs and other top management/senior management members in their organisation, and by creating a cadre of competent coaching professionals with a high level of integrity and commitment to deliver results to their clients.

CFI's CEO Coach Accreditation program prepares Coaches to work with CEOs on a wide range of emerging executive coaching agendas.

Please read on to understand how you can leverage the power of  CFI’s CEO Coach Accreditation Program and become a world class CEO Coach.

The context for CEO Coaching

As Indian businesses experience unprecedented global opportunities for growth and expansion, they realize that one of their biggest challenges is not access to markets and finance, but to leadership talent at senior levels.  With mergers and acquisitions, both within India and overseas, becoming commonplace amongst Indian companies the need for top management to handle a wide range of issues in hitherto uncharted areas has become critical to their own effectiveness and to the success of their organisations.

While there are several variants of coaching starting from life skills to job skills, the focus of CFI is to develop business and executive coaching professionals who can coach CEOs across organisations and also help organisations bring about a coaching culture by developing their managers to become more coaching oriented in their style.

However, given the serious limitations of buying talent from outside  , organisations are realising  the need to get better at powering CEOs and senior management from within.

It is in this context that CFI’s CEO Coach Accreditation Program assumes significance.

What do CEO Coaches do?

CFI envisions CEO Coaches to play one or more of the following roles:

Act as sounding boards

The further up the corporate  ladder that one climbs the lonelier one feels. CEO’s are thus seeking  sounding boards are in search for someone to partner with to help navigate business challenges. CEO coaches help the CEOs see the bigger picture and solve complex business issues and attain leadership excellence.

Help CEOs  realise their potential

The responsibilities of CEOs are tremendous and ever-growing, as and when new responsibilities are assumed, they tend to be far more complex than the previous ones. In spite of being exceptional in their demonstrated competencies and their accomplished past, CEOs might need help in preparing themselves to move to the next level, which they can accomplish by partnering with CEO Coach. CEO coaches can help them reach their potential and executive and business coaching can prove to be a support mechanism in their leadership development .

Help  CEOs succeed in their role

Indian business finds itself in the throes of unprecedented opportunities. It also finds itself performing under the most competitive and challenging environment such as; diminishing slack resources, increasing span of control, shortening tenure and little latitude to fail. This could result in,  CEOs seeking wisdom, and support from CEO coaches to help succeed in this challenging  environment. Coaching can assist CEOs who have been promoted or who are new to their roles.

Become  an effective external CEO Coach

Many organisations choose to assign external CEO coaches, rather than internal coaches, CFI’s equips those who aspire to pursue CEO coaching as a profession with the necessary tools, skills and process know-how to fulfil needs in this fast emerging area.
