This division helps its clients to build a culture of coaching and mentoring by designing and implementing bespoke programs and processes and also training managers across levels to imbibe and demonstrate a coaching oriented style of leadership.CFI works with its client organisations to understand their specific needs and context and then builds solutions that addresses these needs.Typical needs include designing and implementing organisation-wide coaching solutions and enhancing the coaching skills of employees across various levels of the organisation.

Organisations are constantly looking for coaches who can work with their senior executives to help them address their leadership development needs by interpreting feedback, making development plans and implementing the plans. CEOs of organisations are also constantly looking to work with executive coaches to enhance their individual leadership styles and achieve higher levels of performance. CFI aims to fulfil these needs through a variety of client offerings which include:

1. One-on-one coaching engagements for Chief Executives and Members of the senior management of organisations to address their specific individual needs.

2. Customised in-house programs for senior managers and middle managers to enable them to become internal coaches and propagate the coaching style of leadership within their respective organisation.

3. Customised short duration programs to create an awareness of executive and business coaching in the minds of senior and middle managers and address specific needs of organisations.

The Advisory Services Division also provides a variety of services for CFI’s accredited coaches and professional members. These are based on CFI’s commitment to enhancing the knowledge base of coaching and ensuring that managers follow a coaching oriented style of leadership. This is achieved through continuous research,education and awareness building to enable the development of eco system that helps coaching grow as a credible and sustainable helping profession.

CFI Members have access to CFI’s proprietary tools, templates and research materials which are constantly updated to keep them contemporary. CFI also partners with institutions in related fields to add value to its members and enable them to widen their repertoire of skills and competencies.

CFI believes that all its accredited coaches should keep their coaching skills sharp and contemporary on a continuous basis. Retention of CFI membership requires that all accredited coaches engage in at least 3 supervised coaching engagements per year, amounting to not less than 100 hours of coaching, which includes hours spent in coaching supervision as well as peer reviews.
