Coaching Oriented Leaders

Over the last 15 years, CFI has launched 30 editions of its flagship public program – PGPEC to train and certify those desirous of becoming coaching practitioners.We have also been working with organisations to usher in a cultural transformation by building coaching capabilities among its leaders. We have to date worked with over 700 leaders to help them embrace a coaching oriented style.

Coaching Oriented Leadership(COL) is in response to a strong need felt by organizations to help their senior-most leaders embrace a coaching-oriented style of leadership. In the tough times that we are living through, boards and enterprise leaders are convinced that the right style of leadership balancing performance and well-being, task and development will yield the best results.

COL’s program objective is to support top leaders to broaden their leadership style repertoire by adding coaching dimensions to it in a way that it leads to a style shift characterized by higher levels of care, development, empowerment and inspiration being experienced by their teams and stakeholders.

To establish genuine, positive, and empathetic relationships with employees or anyone that one engages with; Make the time to engage in powerful conversations; Provide consistent feedback. Conduct empowering business reviews; and have career and developmental conversations with the ones who are in positions of responsibility or making important transitions or preparing for future roles are among the major benefits of the program.
