The constant conflict between task and people orientation has existed within organisations for several decades. However, the urgency to do something about it has never ever been higher. Specifically, the spotlight is being focused on the ability or lack of it of leaders or managers to show that they care about their people and their development in a non-paternalistic way.

CFI has for well over a decade been working on creating a coaching oriented culture within organisations where managers are able to go beyond contracting and create purpose, beyond securing results to set people up for success and go beyond assessing and focusing on development.

CFI has also been working with HR teams to help them develop their own know-how about coaching ways so they can leverage the power of a coaching oriented style to bring about cultural transformation.
