BKM has over 42 years of experience across government, public, and private sectors, with deep expertise in change management, leadership development, corporate governance, project management, and e-governance. Currently serving as the Industry Engagement Lead for the online M.Tech. program at the Centre for Continuing Education, IISc, he leverages his expertise and network to create value for students, faculty, and industry partners. Previously, as CEO of his consulting firm, he coached more than 87 senior functional leaders, consulted on establishing three organizations from the ground up, facilitated customized training interventions, and contributed to two merger and acquisition programs. A co-author of books and publications on e-governance and management, BKM is passionate about continuous learning and is committed to empowering others to realize their potential and achieve their goals.
