Antaral 2026: A Pause for the Questions That Matter Most
In a world that rarely slows down, Antaral offered something leaders seldom get: a space to pause, reflect and engage. It brought together thoughtful, experienced leaders and practitioners to explore the questions that matter most.
An Unconference, by Design
Antaral rested on a simple belief: when people who care deeply about a subject come together, meaningful dialogue and insight will follow.
So there were no chief guests, no keynote speakers, no panellists, no PowerPoint presentations, and no fixed agenda. There were only passionate co-authors who shaped the narrative together around a carefully researched and crafted theme.
This Year’s Theme: If leaders of today need to fly blind, what will help them navigate?
Our everyday conversations with clients and their leaders point to one reality: flying blind is a leader’s day job. Full visibility from the outside is rare. The starting point, more often than not, is finding the resources and answers within.
Co-authors explored questions such as:
- Are we really flying blind?
- What does it take to navigate?
- What internal clarity and external visibility do leaders need today?
How the Day Unfolded
The day began with participants naming the threads they care about most within the theme. Through collective voting and self-organised discussions, smaller groups were formed around shared interests. Conversations evolved naturally, with periodic plenaries that brought back insights to the whole group.
The Law of Two Feet
If a participant wasn’t learning or contributing in a conversation, they were free to move to another. This simple rule kept energy, ownership, and momentum high all day.
More Than a Conversation
Antaral wasn’t designed for participants to join the conversation. Together, they helped create and shape the conversation.
