  • Ganesh Chella

    Ganesh is the Co-founder & Chief Solution Architect.

    In this role, he works closely with clients in shaping our Leadership development solutions to deliver sustainable results. He also works with the team of Program Directors and the entire coach community to enhance CFI’s leader development and coaching expertise to retain our cutting edge.

    He is also a Master Facilitator in all the programs in our Graduate School of Coaching. This includes the flagship Post Graduate Programme in Executive Coaching as well as our Leader as Coach programs designed and delivered to bring about cultural transformation within organisations.

    Anne Davies

    Chief Business Officer

    As Chief Business Officer at CFI, Anne leads the organization’s efforts to deepen client partnerships and deliver coaching-led leadership development solutions that benefit individuals and organizations. She plays a strategic role in shaping and launching new offerings that reflect CFI’s distinctiveness as a trusted institution in the coaching and leadership space.

    Anne is also responsible for driving business growth by expanding CFI’s reach across new and existing client segments, ensuring its continued relevance and resonance in a dynamic leadership landscape.

    In addition, she is also responsible for promoting a sense of community, peer learning, growth and support within the extensive CFI Coach Community.

    Archana Edward Madhavan

    Archana Edward Madhavan is the Director, CFI’s Research and Insights Cell.

    Archana is a seasoned L&D Professional and a CFI certified Coach. In her role, she is responsible for driving our action-research efforts to constantly learn from our client engagements and improve our practices. She is also responsible for creating, curating, and publishing tools, guides, and other models and methods to bring the cutting edge to all our practices. She has, along with Ganesh Chella, co-authored the book Coaching your Leaders – A Roadmap for Organisations

    Abirami Kanmani P

    Abirami is Director, Leadership Development Solutions.

    In her role, Abirami works closely with our clients, coaches, and expertise champions to understand specific client needs and craft and execute a range of solutions ranging from one-on-one executive coaching to large-scale in-house leader development programs. An important part of this role is to understand the specific needs of our clients and match them with the unique strengths of each member of our coach community.

    Bharathi Veerabadran

    Bharathi is the Program Director, CFI’s Graduate School of Coaching

    In this role, she is responsible for program management across all initiatives of the Graduate School, including CFI’s flagship public program – PGPEC, the newly launched Coaching-Oriented Leader program, and various in-company programs such as Leader as Coach and its variants.

    Additionally, she oversees all formal learning programs under Utsav, CFI’s Coaching and leadership festival. A key aspect of her responsibilities is driving process excellence across CFI’s workflows, ensuring automation and enhancing the quality of all client touchpoints.

    Suganthi. V

    Suganthi is Manager, Finance.

    In this role, Suganthi oversees all aspects of finance, accounting, compliance, and audit. Her primary focus is to ensure that our coaches and clients experience a seamless and efficient process when engaging with our business.

    Sangeetha Santosh

    Sangeetha Santosh is the Sr. Manager Business Development.

    She plays a key role in the business development efforts for the full range of CFI’s solutions. She is responsible for identifying potential leads and nurturing them through the sales pipeline. Her focus lies in building strong client relationships and understanding their evolving needs. She collaborates closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that align with client goals. Her contribution is critical in converting leads into long-term business opportunities. With a proactive approach, she supports the organization’s growth and client engagement initiatives.

    Chithra V

    Chithra is Assistant Manager – Programs.

    In her role, Chithra primarily focuses on our Executive Coaching, an integral component of our Leadership Development Solutions. Chithra ensures seamless program operations and maintains a focus on delivering high-quality services to our clients. She also manages our proprietary online platform utilized by our coaches to streamline workflow processes for coaching engagements.

    Minu Ramachandran

    Assistant Manager- Graduate School of Coaching

    In this role, Minu is responsible for all the activities of the Graduate School of Coaching.

    This includes the flagship Post Graduate Programme in Executive Coaching and our Leader as Coach programs designed and delivered to bring about organizational cultural transformation.

    Her role also requires her to work closely with our program Directors, Facilitators, Supervisors and participants across programs.

    Sabarish Gnanaraj P

    Sabarish is actively involved in Digital Marketing, where he takes charge of our company’s website management, content integration, and the creation of brochures showcasing CFI’s programs and products.

    He closely collaborates with external agencies to strategize and implement promotional campaigns. His role holds particular importance in overseeing the administration of our social media platforms, promptly addressing customer inquiries, and driving lead-generation efforts.

    Titikshaa Agarwal

    Consultant – Leadership Solutions

    Titikshaa manages client projects end to end, ensuring quality delivery and effective coordination with coaches and facilitators. She oversees project administration, assessments, feedback, reporting, and handles billing processes. She actively engages with the coach community and also contributes to the research initiatives.
