Narasimhan V

A passionate Facilitator and Coach with extensive certifications and credentials, Narasimhan is a Certified Executive Coach from Coaching Foundation India (CFI). He ise certified by the Barrett Values Centre, UK, in Cultural Transformation Models and Tools for building Vision-Guided, Values-Driven Organizations. Additionally, he is an Endorsed Facilitator by the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and an accredited administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) suite of instruments. He is also certified in Emotional Quotient Inventory EQ-i 2.0 from Multi Health Systems (MHS).

He is also trained in the Metaphors of Movement (MoM), a precision tool used to identify the exact stuck points in clients and how they maintain their problem state. This process helps clients awaken to their own beliefs, triggering a series of rapid, self-induced results.

Narasimhan has served as a Global Board Member and Director of Conference & Events at the IAF. His previous roles include being part of the Asia Leadership Team of the IAF and Chair of the IAF India Chapter from April 2018 to March 2020. The IAF is a participatory organization with a presence in over 65 countries (www.iaf-world.org).

Madhavan Srinivasan

Madhavan Srinivasan is a technocrat turned serial entrepreneur with more than 3 decades of IT and Telecom industry experience. He has played crucial leadership roles in a range of functions from Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to Technology management, both as a professional as well as an entrepreneur.

He created NetLabs, Servion, and GQuotient as a promoter in 1995, after a successful professional career with DCMDP, TVSE, and DEC (India).

He holds Master’s degrees in Engineering, Management, and degrees in Marketing from premier institutions in India and Finance (CIMA, UK).

Raj Swaminathan

Raj is an experienced IT Business Leader, CEO & Board Member of a listed company for 10+ years, having led and grown a strong BFSI Product Business with key Global Clients across 50+ countries.

He has also had a significant career as CIO across two major Global Banks/Financial Services organizations (GE Capital & Standard Chartered Bank) where he led IT Strategy and helped pioneer key Business Products & Programs delivering innovations and game-changing capabilities

He considers his strongest strengths to be in building teams, grooming talent (Technical, business & Leadership) and fostering an environment of inclusiveness, camaraderie and meritocracy. Over the last 5-years he has led senior lever coaching engagements across multiple sectors – Technology, Financial Services, BPO, Iron & Steel, Energy, Petroleum, Minerals and Mining etc.

He has an engineering background with an MBA from XLRI and is a (Doctoral) Fellow in Management from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Suresh Mahalingam

With over three decades of leadership roles in corporate India, he has led as MD & CEO at TATA AIA, GM at HDFC Life, and Business Head at ITC, driving change and innovation.

Bringing over fifteen years of extensive board experience, he has influenced corporate governance, sustainability, and strategic direction as an Independent Director.

Certified in leadership and team coaching, he empowers executives to maximize their potential and foster team cohesion.

As a keynote speaker and trainer, he has shared frontline insights to inspire impactful change and growth.

He holds a Post Graduate Programme in International Management from IMI, India, and has completed advanced management courses from Kellogg School of Management.

Srikrishnan

Srikrishnan has an extensive track record of leading Hi-tech businesses and Software services, with a unique blend of experience from premium research organisations, MNC and startups.

His career spanned Mobility, Aerospace, Healthcare and manufacturing industries and has worked in Europe and USA in leadership positions.

Since 2021 Sri is a Leadership coach, Digital Innovation Consultant, Start-up mentor and keynote speaker.

He has completed a Global Leadership program from European School of Management and Technology, Berlin and BE (Electronics & Communication) from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore.

S Raghuram

Raghu is a coach and a consultant with over three decades of experience in the consulting industry helping companies scale and leverage technology for growth. After a long stint at PwC and IBM, now as an entrepreneur, he straddles coaching and consulting helping leaders and companies overcome barriers, pursue growth opportunities, and perform to their potential. He has coaching certifications from CFI and Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. He is also a CFI certified Team Coach.

Mukul Sinha

Mukul has rich experience of 38 years in manufacturing, supply chain, research, and education sectors including 13 years as MD and CEO of multinational companies. He has extensive exposure in sales, marketing, business development, operations, and general management functions.

Living true to his purpose of helping build a world where individuals are empowered to create value for themselves, their families, organizations, and societies and lead fulfilled lives, since 2020 he has been creating value as an Executive Coach and Leadership Skills Facilitator. In these roles, he is focusing on bringing about a change in leaders’ abilities to manage problems and develop their unused potential – during the last 3 years, he has invested more than 300 hours in coaching senior leaders – and empowering leaders and teams with ‘human skills’ to build and reinforce a work culture that results in fulfillment rather than stress for everyone.

Mukul has an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Penn State University, Pennsylvania, USA, and a Master’s degree in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics.

Gurmeet Kaur

Gurmeet brings over 30 years of experience in consumer risk management, having played pivotal roles in six successful start-ups and held leadership positions at Citi Financial India, Fullerton India, Capital First, Bajaj Finance, and Home Credit India. At Home Credit, she led antifraud risk management, underwriting, and corporate governance, serving as Risk Advisor to the Board and Chairperson of the Internal Complaints Committee.

Currently, she is Executive Director at Candi Finance Pvt. Ltd., working on securing an NBFC license for solar financing. Gurmeet is a certified global trainer, founder of 5pillars Consulting, offering risk advisory and leadership training, and co-founder of Ubalance Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., focused on wellness through plant-based supplements. She is also an active member of international ombuds associations and a trustee of a charitable trust supporting child education and women empowerment.
