    His career spanned Mobility, Aerospace, Healthcare and manufacturing industries and has worked in Europe and USA in leadership positions.

    Since 2021 Sri is a Leadership coach, Digital Innovation Consultant, Start-up mentor and keynote speaker.

    He has completed a Global Leadership program from European School of Management and Technology, Berlin and BE (Electronics & Communication) from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore.

    S Raghuram

    Raghu is a coach and a consultant with over three decades of experience in the consulting industry helping companies scale and leverage technology for growth. After a long stint at PwC and IBM, now as an entrepreneur, he straddles coaching and consulting helping leaders and companies overcome barriers, pursue growth opportunities, and perform to their potential. He has coaching certifications from CFI and Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. He is also a CFI certified Team Coach.

    Raj Swaminathan

    Raj is an experienced IT Business Leader, CEO & Board Member of a listed company for 10+ years, having led and grown a strong BFSI Product Business with key Global Clients across 50+ countries.

    He has also had a significant career as CIO across two major Global Banks/Financial Services organizations (GE Capital & Standard Chartered Bank) where he led IT Strategy and helped pioneer key Business Products & Programs delivering innovations and game-changing capabilities.

    He considers his strongest strengths to be in building teams, grooming talent (Technical, business & Leadership) and fostering an environment of inclusiveness, camaraderie and meritocracy. Over the last 5-years he has led senior lever coaching engagements across multiple sectors – Technology, Financial Services, BPO, Iron & Steel, Energy, Petroleum, Minerals and Mining etc.
