SheLeads is CFI’s flagship coaching-led leadership journey designed to change that. Over four transformative months, women leaders engage in powerful assessments, immersive skills workshops, peer learning, and four one-on-one coaching sessions with CFI’s stellar coaches. The program challenges deep-seated narratives, equips participants to navigate organisational dynamics, and offers strategies for authentic, sustainable leadership.
Blending CFI’s deep coaching expertise with a multi-modal learning experience, SheLeads addresses the common challenges women face while tailoring each journey to the individual. Since 2019, it has empowered women across India to rise with clarity, courage, and conviction—and lead with impact.
